Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Return Process
Because our products ship directly from our supplier partners throughout Australia and New Zealand, returns are coordinated as follows:
- Contact us at urbanityfare@icloud.com within 30 days of receipt
- We'll coordinate with the appropriate supplier and provide specific return instructions
- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect
Note: Our business offices in South Kalgoorlie (AU) and Aranga (NZ) are administrative locations. Return addresses will be provided based on which supplier fulfilled your order.

Refund Timeline Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier partner, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
